Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Subhadra Yojana, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Must be a resident of Odisha
- Only women can apply
- Age between 21-60 years
- Birth date must be between July 2, 1964, and July 1, 2003
- NFSA and SFSS card holders are automatically eligible
- Non-card holders can apply if family income is below ₹2.5 lakh annually
- Women who turn 60 during the scheme period (2024-2028) remain eligible
- Employed women and outsourced workers are eligible
- Must have an Aadhaar card linked to an active bank account
- Must complete E-KYC verification

Important Announcement
At the Block, Municipality, Notified Area Council, or Municipal Corporation level, as well as in the Subhadra Portal, you can find a list of Subhadra applicants whose bank accounts are not DBT enabled (NPCI FAILURE CASES). People who applied for the benefit but haven’t yet received it should check this list. If her name is on this list, she needs to visit the bank where she has an account and activate DBT for that account. Please note that you won’t be able to receive assistance through Subhadra until your bank account is set up for DBT.

Step 1: First of all you have to visit the official website of Subhadra Portal

Step 2: After visiting the Subhadra Yojana’s official website, click the login option.

Step 3: Once you click the login button, you will see 5 options: “Department Login”, “CSC Login” , MSK Login, HealpLine Login, And FV Login . You must proceed by clicking on the “CSC Login” button.

Step 4: Clicking on “CSC Login” will lead you to the login screen. You must proceed by clicking the “Initiate Login” button.

Step 5: Once you click the “Initiate Login” button, you will be taken to the Digital Seva Connect page. There, you must enter your login or email address and password, as well as complete the captcha, before clicking the “Sign in” option.

Step 6: Once signed in, you will be sent to the Subhadra Yojana dashboard, where you will see two options: “Submit New Application” and “View Submitted Applications”. If you are applying to the scheme for the first time, click the “Submit New Application” button.

Step 7: Once you click the “Submit New Application” button, you will be taken to the new application page, where you must input your Aadhaar card number and click “Submit” to proceed.

Step 8: After entering your Aadhaar card number and clicking “Submit”, you will be taken to the “User Consent” page, where you must accept the “Agreement Policy”.

Step 9: Once you have accepted the “Agreement”, click on “Proceed to Verify e-KYC”.

Step 10: When you click on the “Verify e-KYC” button, it will provide three options:

- Fingerprint – If you have a fingerprint scanner, you can use this option.
- Eye-Retina – The retina of your eye will be scanned.
The easiest way is to choose the OTP option and complete e-KYC quickly But Now Not Available On Portal.
Step 11: Once your verification is complete, you will see the notification “Aadhar e-KYC has been completed”.

Step 12: If you are having trouble filling out the form, you can use the form that we provided.

Step 13: If you’re having trouble filling out the form, you can use the form we’ve given.

Step 14: Keep in mind that you will also need to upload a physical form, which must be done via the “Upload Physical Form” option.

Step 15: Once you fill in your personal information, below it you will have to accept the “Privacy Policy”.

Step 16: You may accept all privacy policies at once. For this, click the “Select All” option below.

Step 17: After accepting the agreement, you must enter your location in the input field and then click the “Submit” button.

Step 18: Once you click the submit button, a pop-up message will display with the option to “Preview Application”. You will be able to view what you entered in this form. If any information is incorrect, you may edit it before submitting it.

Step 19: Once you click the submit button, your application form is successfully submitted, and a message appears: ‘Congratulations! The application form was submitted successfully.
