On September 2, Odisha Deputy Chief Minister Pravati Parida announced the Bhubaneswar “Subhadra Yojana” portal at Lok Seva Bhavan. Through this scheme, women of Odisha will receive numerous benefits.

The Subhadra Yojana aims to provide regular financial assistance to women, helping them become self-reliant and aware of their rights. Its goal is to strengthen them and improve their overall condition. Once approved, your name will appear in the official beneficiary list.

Eligibility Criteria for Subhadra Yojana

To be eligible for the Subhadra Yojana, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Must be a resident of Odisha
  • Female applicants only
  • Age between 21-60 years (born between July 2, 1964, and July 1, 2003)
  • Preferably holding NFSA or SFSS cards
  • Women without NFSA/SFSS cards can apply if family income is below ₹2.5 lakh per annum
  • Women employed through outsourcing agencies are eligible
  • ASHA and Anganwadi workers are eligible under special provisions
  • Annual family income less than ₹2.5 lakh

Who Cannot Apply

  • Women receiving pension of ₹1,500 or more per month (over ₹18,000 per year)
  • Women below 21 or above 60 years as of July 1, 2024
  • Permanent/contract employees of central or state government
  • Current or former MPs/MLAs
  • Income tax payers
  • Elected representatives in urban local bodies or Panchayati Raj Institutions (except ward members and local councilors)
  • Families owning more than 5 acres of irrigated land or 10 acres of non-irrigated land
  • Owners of four-wheeled vehicles (excluding tractors, mini trucks, small commercial vehicles, and other light goods vehicles)

On the Digital Seva Connect page, enter your username/email, password, and captcha, then click “Sign In”

Step 6: Submit New Application

After login, click on “Submit New Application” from the homepage

Enter your Aadhaar card number and click “Submit”

Choose a verification method:

  • OTP (sent to registered mobile number)
  • Fingerprint (requires fingerprint scanner)
  • Eye-Retina (retina scanning)

Note: Currently, the OTP feature is not available. Please use the fingerprint option.

Step 11: Complete Verification

Complete the verification process by clicking “Verify”

Step 13: Verification Confirmation

After successful verification, you will see the message “FingerPrint e-KYC has been completed”

Step 14: Fill Application Form

Fill out the application form with your personal information

Upload a physical form in the “Upload Physical Form” section

Step 16: Accept Privacy Policy

Accept the “Privacy Policy” by clicking “Select All”

Upon successful submission, you will see a confirmation message: “Congratulations! The application form has been submitted successfully.”

Offline Application: You can also apply offline by visiting nearby Anganwadi centers, block offices, Mo Seva Kendras, or Jan Seva Kendras. Application forms are available for free at these locations. After applying, don’t forget to check your application status.
